Fast and affordable computer repair services at your doorsteps. We provide computer network setup solutions, web design, Small Business Search Engine Optimization and Marketing, Email Solutions for Small Business (POP/SMTP, Blackberry & Microsoft Exchange). All our computer technicians have passed both a background check and drug test, have over 7 years of experience in the computer field, and hold multiple certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE). We are committed to meet the needs of all our customers, ato bring them affordable professional computer support services. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

History

JLBCTECH was originally started in Anaheim California as a project. I was working for a local small recruiting company, as a part-time data entry while going to California State University of Fullerton majoring in Computer Science. An opportunity presented itself in the recruiting company to work directly under the system administrator as a help desk/computer technician to help and support the 30 onsite users with their computer systems. With no experience or certification, only just a couple of semester experience in working with computer, it was a great learning experience. Full hands on work and troubleshooting helped me to get A+ certified within just a couple of months. After just a couple of months of working under the system admin, he decided to not to be with the company anymore, and I was promoted on the spot to be the new System adminsitrator for the company. Was responsible for all the computer system, network, upgrades, servers, telecommunication, anything with IT, I was responsible, all this with only just with a couple of months of hands on experience and just 1 certification. Looking back, it was a HUGE risk to leave all the IT needs to someone with so little experience, luckily the company did surround me with great resources and I took full advantage of all the resource to improve the IT needs of the company. With full dedication to succed in this challenge, I held the position succesfully for over 6 years. With in these time period, this small project, JLBCTECH started to grow from a small project to a weekend job, to a part time job, to today a small company that provides the same 100% dedication to see all projects/customers succeed in todays market.

JLBCTECH.com was registered on May 19, 2003, it was my first website that I was going to design/publish. <read more - coming soon>
